Payments
What plans are there?
A 7-day free trial that continues at $19.99/month, a monthly plan at $19.99/month, and the 28-Day Ship Challenge as a one-time purchase with lifetime access.
When am I charged on the trial?
Your card is saved at checkout but charged only when the 7-day trial ends. Cancel before that and you pay nothing.
My payment failed — did I lose access?
No. You keep full access for 7 days while the payment is retried automatically. Update your card in Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Refunds
Can I get my money back?
Yes — every first charge has a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email support@vibegym.space and we'll refund it, no questions asked. Details in the Refund Policy.
How long does a refund take?
We confirm within 2 business days; the money is back on your card in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Subscription
How do I cancel?
Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription opens the Stripe portal — cancellation is two taps. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to my progress if I cancel?
Your streak, XP and Builder Readiness Score stay on your account, and the free daily session remains available. Resubscribe any time to get full access back.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. This anonymizes your data immediately and cancels any active subscription (GDPR right to erasure).
Technical issues
My sign-in link doesn't work
Links work once and expire after 15 minutes. Request a fresh one on the sign-in page — and check the spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a minute.
I paid but can't sign in
Right after payment we email you a sign-in link (it can take a minute). No email? Use "Resend link" on the confirmation page or write to support@vibegym.space with the email you used at checkout.
Something looks broken
Try a hard refresh first (the app updates often). Still broken? Email support@vibegym.space with what you did, what you expected and a screenshot — we read everything.
