Terms of Service

VibeGym is a subscription training service that teaches practical skills for building software with AI tools, operated by Maksym Sych, a sole proprietor registered in Poland (Zygmunta Hübnera 2/51, 01-756 Warsaw, Poland, NIP 5273145674) ("we"). By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to these terms.

You need a valid email address to sign in. Keep access to your inbox secure — sign-in links and receipts go there. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use VibeGym.

• Subscription — available monthly or annually. It renews automatically until you cancel. Some offers include a free trial; if so, your card is charged only when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
• Lifetime access — a one-time purchase with no renewal. You keep access, including future updates.

The exact price, billing interval and any trial length are shown to you on the checkout screen before you pay; that is the price you are charged. Payments are processed by Stripe and prices include VAT where applicable. You can cancel a subscription any time in Settings → Subscription and keep access until the end of the paid period. If a renewal payment fails, we keep your access for a 7-day grace period while the payment is retried, after which your plan downgrades to the free tier.

VibeGym is digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m), Directive 2011/83/EU). Independently of that, we offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee — see the Refund Policy.

Don't resell, scrape, or share your account; don't attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; don't upload unlawful content in free-text answers. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with a refund of any unused paid period unless the breach was wilful.

All training content, scenarios and branding are ours or licensed to us. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable right to use them for learning. Things you build while training are yours.

VibeGym teaches judgement, not guarantees — we are not liable for decisions you make in your own projects. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law; for consumers, statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

We may update these terms with at least 14 days' notice by email; continued use after the effective date means acceptance. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

These terms are governed by the law of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes are resolved by the competent Polish courts; EU consumers may also use alternative dispute resolution bodies in their country (in Poland — the Trade Inspection authority, Inspekcja Handlowa).
