Refund Policy

Not for you? Email support@vibegym.space within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full — no questionnaire, no hoops. This applies to the first payment of a monthly subscription (including the charge after a trial) and to the 28-Day Ship Challenge purchase.

• Renewal charges after the first one — cancel any time in Settings → Subscription instead; you keep access until the period ends.
• Refund requests later than 14 days after the charge.
• Accounts suspended for wilful abuse of the Terms.

VibeGym is digital content delivered immediately: at checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge losing the statutory 14-day withdrawal right (Art. 16(m), Directive 2011/83/EU). Our voluntary guarantee above is broader than the statutory right it replaces, and any mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days of our confirmation. We confirm every request by email within 2 business days.
